Spring Re-Boot with Yoga and Chant

Spring is an exciting season of new growth and vibrant color. It is a time when the plant world clearly shows us what is living and what has not made it through the winter.
Humans also have access to this cycle of pruning, clearing, and resurgence within our energetic and physical bodies as the sunlight returns.

This class will help harness the cleansing energy of Springtime and direct it inward to assist you in this process. By using the vibrational power of chant, in tandem with yoga postures, we will work on pruning and clearing away layers of energetic stagnation or disruption so new vitality can emerge. Yoga postures will be followed by a Sanskrit mantra practice to further deepen your vibrational experience. Come explore for yourself how chant and yoga can assist you in cultivating deeper attunement with Self and the world around you.

No prior singing or chant experience is required. Chants are taught call and response in the ancient way. Words and translations will be provided. There will be about 40 minutes of Asana (physical practice), 20 minutes of Mantra, and a savasana at the end!
