Body Appreciation Practice

"What does body acceptance mean to you?

How can yoga help you connect with your body?

Come practice gentle movements, paired with mindful breathing to encourage acceptance of your body exactly as it is in the present moment.

“Yoga” literally means bringing union to body, breath, and mind. Each week in class we will dive a little deeper into the meaning of sadhana (personal practice) and how it can be used as a tool to build appreciation for our whole selves.
