In this series, we will combine four potent tools of yoga--asana (movement), pranayama (breath exercises), meditation, and ritual--to balance all aspects of your system. Use movement to stretch and relax your body, breath to invite energy and peace, meditation to create calm and focus, and ritual to explore issues uniquely important to you.
This series is appropriate for beginners to advanced students. All will be encouraged and supported to work at their individual capabilities.
