In this series we will explore the stages of Metta meditation, also called Loving-kindness practice.
We will use our asana practice to prepare the body, mind, and heart to open into practice. We will experience offering our deep gratitude and presence to ourselves, friends and loved ones, and even those in our lives whom are challenging for us with the goal of expanding the field of our loving attention to all beings.
Each class will have a full movement practice as we work systematically through the stages of Metta. As the length of mediation increases, we will break up seated practice with periods of walking meditation. No Experience necessary!
