Yoga for Mindful Living


Yoga is more than exercise!  It is a full suite of practices—including movement, breath work, and meditation—that can help you be present in daily life and live life according to your values.  Join Whole Life Yoga’s founder, Tracy Weber, in this 4-class series and discover a full range of yoga tools that can help you find balance, focus, and mindfulness in everyday life.
 
This series is appropriate for beginners to advanced students. It will include gentle postures, breath practices, and meditation as well as mindfulness practices you can do out in your world.  All are welcome!
