Building Balance

 A step by step approach to balance postures, progressing from simple to more complex balance postures.  The aim of the class is to provide a good base, which will inspire the student to continue the exploration of balance even after the completion of the series. 

Each class will also give the student a better understanding of balance postures, because each posture will be broken down into their simpler forms, giving the student the opportunity to focus on features of balance postures before actually attempting the balance aspect of the posture.   

No balance skill is required. 

This series to anyone who has had hip replacement surgery within the last six months.
