Yoga Nidra: Explained and Experienced

Curious about Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra is a method of guided relaxation that has a profound effect on the body, mind, and emotions. This 3 class series is a perfect opportunity to try it out, explore the benefits of weekly practice, or deepen your current practice.

All classes will offer gentle movement followed by a yoga nidra practice. First class will also include an explanation of the yoga nidra system and how it can be a beneficial part of your practice!
