Join us for a relaxing series that uses breath adaptations and postures designed to help you dispel the stress of your day and prepare the body and mind to sleep deeply and get a good night's rest.
The movement part of the class will include postures known to calm your energy and quiet the mind. As the series progresses we will also learn some breath techniques designed to bring about tranquility of the mind and encourage the body to rest. By the end of the series we will have developed a practice which uses breath adaptations with movement followed by a short seated breath practice that can be used anytime you want to prepare yourself for a good night's sleep or even a restful nap.
