Flow Yoga for Strength and Balance

The start of a new year is the perfect time to challenge yourself, to start something new, or make a change to your routines. It is also a great time to bring a little more vigor to your yoga practice!

In this four week series we will be working on strengthening the body, and increasing flexibility and mobility. We will incorporate "flow" to improve focus and mental clarity as well as build energy during the shorter days of winter. Flow yoga has also been shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, eliminate toxins, and improve mood.
