Yoga for Runners

Feeling stiff and sore? Overly tight, stretched or just "unbalanced"? Both new and experienced runners can benefit from the many tools that yoga brings to complement your running practice! In this series we will safely and effectively balance stretching and strengthening areas of the body most utilized (or under-utilized!) in running. We will also explore using specific pranayama (breathwork) techniques to increase breath capacity and stamina. Whether you're a recreational Green Lake runner or training for your next half-marathon, this class is for you!
