Summer Cool Down with Sound Healing and Meditation

In this workshop we will balance out the fiery energy of summer with a soothing relaxation focused practice. 60 minutes of asana, breath, and meditation designed to cool and calm the system and prepare for 30 minutes of healing vibrations with the bowls!

Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes.They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul.
