Join us for an afternoon retreat to cultivate Ahimsa, compassion for self and others.
Ahimsa is a yoga term that means non-violence. Ahimsa asks us to practice living with kindness.
During our retreat we will dive into the Ahimsa yoga teachings to gain inspiration, insight and wisdom to support living from a place of compassion as our foundation.
We will engage in meditation, breathing and yoga practice to guide and support our whole being to move into and with our hearts natural, powerful compassion.
When we meet ourselves and the world with a loving, compassionate presence, we get better.
