Chanting for Inner Balance

Chant is an ancient tool used across cultures to calm the mind and attune the body to a more supportive and harmonious vibrational frequency. Sanskrit, the mother tongue of Greek and Latin, has survived over 8,000 years because it is so adept at positively influencing the energetic pathways of the body. No prior singing or chant experience is required. Chants are taught call and response in the ancient way with words and translations provided. Persons of all faiths and beliefs are welcomed in celebrating nature's universal principles and archetypes through community and song. 

Monthly Sunday Chant sessions with Julia Fay 1/6, 2/3, 3/3. 4/7 4-5:30 pm
