Meditation Playshop- CANCELLED!

Take a break from the headlines and news (which isn't really "new") and join us for two hours of centering and connecting. We will focus on quieting the mind, entertaining the emotions, and accessing, awakening and aligning with our deepest self.  Learn some simple breath-focused meditations and mantras that can be used in formal closed-eye meditation or in daily life. Rather than resist life, learn to love what is.
