In this 6-week series, we will revisit the essentials of Viniyoga, or learn the basics for the first time. This series is for students new to this style of yoga as well as for experienced students who want to review the fundamentals.
You will receive step-by-step guidance on the foundational postures used in Whole Life Yoga drop-in classes and how to make modifications to the postures to suit your needs.
Topics covered include the essential postures practiced in most classes at Whole Life Yoga, simple breathing and meditation techniques. Series includes simple practices you can do at home.
