In this workshop we will explore yoga and breathing techniques to support health and bring energy into the system by mobilizing prana. The yoga teachings describe prana as the life force energy within each of us. When that life force energy is flowing well, we feel good, vital, and healthy.

Movement and breath are beautiful ways to improve prana flow, which increases overall feelings of wellness and resiliency.

Together we will work with visualization and affirmation, and we will explore simple tips and ideas to enhance energy. Please join Liziah for an explorative, inspiring experience!

All levels of yoga are welcome.

About the Instructor: Liziah Woodruff completed her yoga teacher training in 2005 with Tracy Weber and is a Certified Yoga Teacher. Liziah's passion is to inspire people through yoga to connect with their unique and powerful selves by bringing balance, happiness and new possibilities to mind and body. She has a BFA in acting and has recorded a CD "Fire Inside a Kiss".
