Join us for an afternoon of yoga, nutrition, and great vegetarian food. Rene de Los Santos of Whole Life Yoga will stretch your body and relax your mind with an introductory yoga class. The staff at Vegetarians of Washington will stretch your mind and nourish your body with a nutrition and vegetarian cooking class. And best of all, it's all FREE! No previous yoga experience is necessary. Space is limited,
