Yoga tools, including movement, breath work, and meditation can significantly decrease the impacts of stressful living on your body, mind and spirit.

Join us in this series to learn several methods that will help you live your life with more equanimity and balance.

This 4-week series will help you discover the uniquely healing and nurturing aspects of a consistent yoga practice. It will focus on yoga movements and other tools that both rejuvenate the body and nurture the spirit.

At the end of the series you will have techniques you can use in daily living to help you minimize the effect of stress in common situations, including the common demands of job, family, and a busy life.

This series is suitable for students of all levels, including beginners.

About the Instructor: Stacy Lawson began studying yoga in 1988. Nineteen years, a husband, and two kids later, she is still practicing and teaching Yoga with an emphasis on fitting the practice to the student. She combines her extensive experience with asana, pranayama, Sutra study, and meditation to help students live joyful, rich, and meaningful lives. Stacy has her MA in Adult Education and is adept in creating positive learning environments.
