Yoga, more than most other exercise practices, has the unique ability to unite body, breath and mind, thus promoting greater balance both physically and mentally. In this 6-week series, we will use balance postures and simple flows to build strength and stability in the body while focusing the mind and stabilizing the human energy system. Join us and discover how breath-focused movement, core work, and specific balance postures can help ground your body and calm your mind.
Come prepared for a challenge, but all levels welcome!
