Do you suffer from insomnia occasionally, or regularly? Have you felt anxious about going to sleep? Do you feel sleep-deprived and tired? You are not alone. One out of every four Americans deals with temporary insomnia, and one in ten suffers from chronic insomnia. Yoga can help.

Join us in an exploration of how and why yoga practices can help you build and maintain better sleep in your life. Each class will include yoga movements, breath awareness and restorative yoga postures designed to increase your body's ability to let go and relax.

This series is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience.

About the Instructor: Sharon Beaudoin is a veteran insomniac, who regularly uses yoga practices such as breathing techniques and restorative yoga poses to maintain better sleep in her life. She is a certified yoga instructor and graduate of the Whole Life Yoga teacher training program.
