Yoga for Round Bodies is a gentle course designed to let you tap
into the strength and resilience of your body as it is right now. Whether
you plan to lose weight, have recently lost weight or even if you have decided
not to, this series will introduce you to the power and vitality that is
already a part of you. Through breath and movement we will explore the great
support and power our body, mind and spirit offer us.

About the Instructor: Patricia Hedtke is a veteran of life-long
yo-yo dieting. In 2002 she re-connected with yoga as a means of letting her
mind, body and spirit join hands in partnership. Her background is in western
spirituality and meditation and her purpose in offering this course is to make
yoga available to those of a larger, rounder body type.
