Yoga isn't just for gymnasts, dancers, and the young. It's a powerful system of health and transformation that can serve all ages, body types and fitness levels.

Yoga for Round Bodies Level 1 is a gentle 6-week class designed to let you tap into the strength and resilience of your body as it is right now. Whether you plan to lose weight, have recently lost weight or even if you have decided not to, this series will introduce you to the power and vitality that is already a part of you. Through breath and movement we will explore the great support and power our body, mind and spirit offer us.

Yoga for Round Bodies Level 2 is a 4 or 6-week class for those who have already taken Level 1 at least twice and want a bit more of a challenge. It builds on the basics of the first series and continues to assist you on your journey of discovery.

About the Instructor: Patricia Hedtke is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. She is a veteran of life-long yo-yo dieting. In 2002 she re-connected with yoga as a means of letting her mind, body and spirit join hands in partnership. Her background is in western spirituality and meditation and her purpose in offering this course is to make yoga available to those of a larger, rounder body type.
