Brighten your Saturdays this winter with a fun and energizing yoga practice!

This 4-week series will focus on building strength and energy in our bodies through playful and challenging asana (yoga postures). In it, we will use breath awareness to bring greater balance to our minds as we connect with the joy and vitality that are always present when we lead from our hearts!

All wanting to work hard who do not have acute injury are welcome to join us as we challenge our bodies, clarify our minds, and lighten our hearts!

About the Instructor: Kim Tull-Esterbrook is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program at the 200-hour level. Kim uses yoga as a tool to help her know and understand herself and the world more fully, and as a practice to help her move with courage and grace through all the beautiful and challenging things she finds through that searching. It is her intention to share the gifts of yoga with others as they embark on their own journeys.
