Spend time with your partner practicing yoga and breathing techniques that help
build strength, flexibility, calmness and a sense of balance during this time of great
change. Connect with yourself, each other and baby.
Workshop will include:
- breathing for labor
- partner yoga for pregnancy
- movements/positions for labor
- relaxations techniques

About the Instructor: Sharon Beaudoin is a certified yoga instructor and graduate of Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program. She is also a trained birth doula and certified infant massage teacher. Sharon's personal yoga and Mindfulness meditation practice keep her focused on the joy of each moment. She strives to teach classes that enhance our ability to be present now. Her prenatal classes are meditative and renewing, and focus on building a strong breath practice to support a healthy labor and birth experience.
