prenatal yoga

Expecting? Our prenatal yoga is just for you!
Now is a perfect time to nurture yourself! Share your excitement by
joining a community of other moms-to-be while preparing your body for
pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.
This class uses safe, gentle postures to help relieve pregnancy
discomfort, including back pain, sciatica and nausea. It uses breath
work to relieve anxiety, restore energy and calm the mind.
All levels are welcome. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Dates and Times:
Tuesdays, 9:30 - 10:45 am
Thursdays, 6:00 - 7:15 pm
Saturdays, 12:15 - 1:30 pm
Cost: $14 drop in, $60 for a 5 class pass, $110 for a 10 class
pass
