Whole Life Yoga

Yoga for Personal Change

Change can be wonderful. Change can also be difficult and frightening. It's often hard to know what to want, how to do it, and when to do it.

Sometimes you can even (think you) know what you want, but it may not be the best course for you. Yoga methodologies, including postures, breathing, self-assessment, reflection, and meditation, can put you in touch with your inner wisdom, one of the best guiding sources available to you. Through yoga, you can quiet the background noise and the voices of insecurity that hold you back or throw you off course.

Come prepared to explore, challenge, and think creatively about the future you'd like to live. We'll begin with a basic movement and breathing practice to transition into a positive and calm framework. Please bring paper and pen for a few writing exercises.

This class is appropriate for all levels, including beginners.

Date and Time: Sunday August 26, 2:00 - 5:00 pm

Cost: $35
