Learn to unite body, breath and mind while reconnecting with
the peace and joy that's always inside you.
This 6-week series is designed to help reduce stress and discomfort caused by chronic conditions, including fibromyalgia, arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, and Lyme Disease. In this class, we will use yoga tools of gentle movement, breath, and meditation to promote mindful awareness and relaxation.
Unlike our "Yoga for Healthy Backs" class, this series will not focus on building strength and flexibility in specific muscle groups. Instead, it will focus on gentle movements designed to promote the flow of energy throughout the body, while teaching balanced breath practices and meditations that can be done at home daily. Simple home practices will be provided.
