Explore the power of yoga and meditation to balance the body, mind, and spirit!

Join us and learn how to explore issues important to your life while being connected to your body and expanding your breath.

In this 6-week series, we will use three powerful tools of yoga – asana (movement), pranayama (breath exercises), and meditation. We will explore movement in gentle, mindful ways and use simple breath practices. We will also explore several meditation techniques, including concentration, walking, awareness, and mantra. This combination of movement, breath, and meditation practices will invite relaxation, balance, openness, focus, and clarity into your entire system.

During the course of the series, you will receive movement, breath, and meditation practices that you can do on your own.

This series is appropriate for beginners to advanced students. All will be encouraged and supported to work at their individual capabilities.
