About the Instructor: Rene De Los Santos is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program, and is certified at the 200-hour level by Whole Life Yoga. He has also traveled to India to explore the roots of yoga. He has been practicing and teaching yoga for 10 years and teaching movement classes for 20 years, and is interested in helping people find joy in movement, dance, exercise, fitness and well-being.
