Whether you currently meditate or wish to start a meditation practice, nothing beats the support and community of practicing with others. Meditation is a simple, easy way to relax and unwind body and mind - easing stress and promoting a sense of emotional well-being. Research has shown that as little as 10 minutes a day, three times a week can yield dramatic effects in body, mind and spirit.

No prior meditation experience is necessary - if you've never meditated before, if you have tried but given up, or even if you have a strong current meditation practice--please join us and practice with the spirit and energy of community.
