Many people think yoga is primarily about relaxation and stretching. Yoga is that - and so much more! This ancient tradition deals with all aspects of the human system.
In this 5-week series, we will use postures and breath work to progressively build strength in the muscles of the belly and back, arms, legs, and neck. We will explore moving with the breath in ways that invite focused energy while working with postures that promote strength.
Join us and strengthen the major muscles of your body while building energy and enthusiasm for your weekend!
