Deepen your practice from the inside out!

The body's core muscles provide the foundation for all activities of daily life. In this series, we will explore using the breath to focus deep within your core. Through the connection of breath and movement, you will learn how to strengthen and improve your yoga practice by developing the muscles in and around the pelvis, abdomen and lower back.

This 4-week series will focus on developing strong and steady breathing as part of your movements both in and out of the studio, and will work postures at a variety of levels. Whether you are new to yoga or have considerable experience, this series will challenge you and provide more depth to your yoga practice.
