Get your pre-baby body back! Pregnancy taxes and weakens the abdominal muscles, often leading to poor posture, increased fatigue, and the “mummy tummy” after your baby is born.
This 5 or 6-week series will focus on strengthening the abdominal, back, and pelvic floor muscles which form the body's core. Each class will include yoga postures and breathing techniques to strengthen the body, increase flexibility, and reduce stress and fatigue.
Appropriate for moms of infants, toddlers, or older children who want to focus on re-strengthening the core. This class is for adults only. See our “Mom and Baby” or “Family Yoga” classes if you would prefer a class that includes your child.

About the Instructor: Sharon Beaudoin is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga's teacher training program and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. She is also a trained birth doula and certified infant massage teacher. Sharon's personal yoga and Mindfulness meditation practice keep her focused on the joy of each moment. She strives to teach classes that enhance our ability to be present now. Her prenatal classes are meditative and renewing, and focus on building a strong breath practice to support a healthy labor and birth experience. Sharon is also a mom to a kindergartener and a new baby.
