This 6-week series will teach you how to deal with anxiety using the full range of yoga practices.  Each class will include yoga movements, breath awareness and deep relaxation. The class will include movement practices good for most people.

About the Instructor: Tracy Weber is the owner and founder of Whole Life Yoga and a certified yoga therapist through the American Viniyoga Institute. She originally came to yoga for relief from chronic back pain and rapidly discovered the balance and stress relief that yoga provides. Tracy loves helping people use yoga tools, including meditation, to find balance. Her classes are at the same time energizing and relaxing, and she focuses on creating a supportive and joyful environment for her students.
