Join Aubrey Jackson in a yoga exploration and learn how to deal with anxiety using the full range of yoga practices.  Each class will include yoga movements, breath awareness and deep relaxation. The class will include movement practices good for most people.

About the Instructor: Aubrey Jackson is a yoga enthusiast who has been practicing many types of yoga for 10 years. Finding viniyoga with Tracy Weber motivated her to become a certified yoga teacher, so she could spread this healing form of yoga. Aubrey is a very uplifting and positive individual who will reach out to anyone.
